By using PROMPTIX PAY, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. This portal is intended for the internal management of customer billings and service vouchers for our organization.

3. Merchant Identity & Non-Aggregation

PROMPTIX PAY is a merchant-owned billing portal. We are NOT a payment aggregator, payment gateway, or financial intermediary. We do NOT process payments for third-party businesses. This platform is used exclusively to facilitate direct payments for services provided by our organization.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your credit card or bank details. Transaction fees may apply as per our service agreements.

5. Limitation of Liability

PROMPTIX PAY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the internal billing service.
